What about the location? `It is ideal. It is out in the country,
yet not at all far away from town. The Armuchee area is just
growing and it puts you there in a just a minute without fighting
any traffic.
Williams added, `Out here as well you don`t have to worry about
cutting the grass, planting flowers or just yard working. It is
all done for you.`
For most safety is a big factor in buying a home. Jerry has some
thoughts on that as well, `The most important thing out here is
the security. We don`t have any problems. You can check back in
the history there have never been any big problems in the 15
years of existence. The people out here look out for each other.
